no!no!® PRO Kit with FREE Smooth Cream + LED Tip

When I purchased it, there was a subscription advertised as "free". The email confirmation alerted me that I subscribed to a 35pm cartridge delivery - I didn't even know I need a cartridge. Please be aware what you're getting into. Customer service unresponsive. I cancelled the order within 8min but they still shipped it. I rejected the delivery until almost 2 months later, and it arrived stained with wine - the actual device had fingerprints on it. It's a hygien device, this is unacceptable. Has it been used? I didn't remove the packaging - that is enough for me. Finally I had a response (just 1) where they said they'll arrange collection and asked for photographs. I sent those, and never heard from them again. So I'm on the phone as I type this, asking my bank to reverse this. Because even if i wanted to try something from a dodgy retailer like this, it's not going to be a hygien device covered in fat fingerprints.

I had cancer followed by chemotherapy, I have not much hair but what grows on my face is like a thick man's beard. I am a little lady. Not a good look. I tried hair removal creams and got a rash. It was very bad. I tried the hair removal machines that pull the hair out with what looks like an elastic band. Ooo that was so painful, especially on my top lip. Than I got a rash. I tried strips that you put on, wait a few minutes, then pull off. So painful, the worst of all items I had tried.
I spoke to my oncologist, asked for advice. He and my nurse recommend trying a No No
He said look it up on the Internet and buy it direct from the company. That's the less expensive way to buy one, or I might get one from a large chemist.
I went on line and brought a No No from the company. In a sale, wow
It was delivered fast. Well packed, with full easy to follow instructions.
My facial hair is now well under control.
The No No pro works like magic, No pain, No rash, No elastic bands to pull the hair out. It's fantastic. Over the last few months my facial hair has got less and less regrowth.
I would Highly Recommend the NoNo Pro to anyone who wants pain free hair removal that works like Magic.

I bought the IPL pro from No!No! They don’t seem to sell it from their website only on Argos. It keeps burning me from the amount of heat it produces. Yet to see a difference but I am only 6 weeks in…

It doesn't work , my husband purchased the No No pro for me Christmas. As of now (26 Jan 25) I still cannot get it to work . It flashes red but will not stay on continually. My husband got in touch with their technical support group and as of today we have no response to a replacement or to return it and then to have a look . We have had no correspondence or acknowledgment from so called customer service . Totally disgusted
