We’re confident you’ll love your no!no!® device, but if you’re not fully satisfied after using it for 30 days, we offer a money-back guarantee (excluding postage and packaging fees). Your satisfaction is our priority!

How It Works:

  • The 30-day guarantee begins the day you receive your package.
  • To qualify, please use your no!no!® device as instructed, following the enclosed materials for safe and proper use.
  • If, after 30 days, you’re not satisfied, email our customer service at csuk@brandstreetuk.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

Payment Plan Option

If you choose the 3-payment option for your no!no!® device:

  • Your first payment will be charged at the time of purchase.
  • The second payment will be automatically charged 30 days later using the same payment method.
  • The final payment will be charged 30 days after the second payment.

 

Klarna Payment Option

In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the option to pay in 3 installments. Payments are made directly to Klarna.

The no!no!® Prime Club Membership is a subscription programme with recurring shipping and billing every 30 days. You can easily manage your membership—whether it’s to cancel, delay, or extend—by contacting customer service or adjusting your preferences through your online account.

Please be advised: Failure to manage your subscription or notify customer service may result in continued charges. Postage and packaging fees remain non-refundable.
