This warranty is valid for one year from the date of your original purchase. In some cases extended warranty plans are available. This policy warrants support for the no!no!® , should it happen that defects attributable to the manufacturer be found.
In such a case, you are entitled to make full use of the benefits of this warranty. This implies the revision and replacement of parts free of charge within the one year warranty period. The manufacturer will fix your device unless they see that it needs to be replaced, in which case they will send a new product, free of charge. When using your warranty, call customer support [0344 482 5089] and send your device along with the original receipt or invoice to the given address. Full warranty details will be included with your order.

To qualify for the guarantee you must have purchased directly from this website. Full guarantee details as well as the process for issuing an RMA and receiving your prepaid return shipping label will be included with your order.
Shipping
We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and the Isle of Man. The shipment of orders to Northern Ireland is suspended until further notice due to customs clearance issues caused by Brexit. Currently we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Gibraltar and British Overseas Territories.
